CINCINNATI (April 27, 2026) – Cincinnati based and family-owned and operated Tire Discounters is expanding its footprint in the Oakley neighborhood. With the opening of a second store in the area at 5362 Ridge Ave., Tire Discounters is responding to continued high customer demand and helping reduce wait times for drivers in one of Cincinnati’s busiest corridors. The new store is expected to open in mid-April.
The Ridge & Highland location marks a full-circle moment for the company. Years ago, Tire Discounters operated at this site before relocating its current Oakley store at 4902 Marburg Ave., which will remain open. When the AAA auto repair location that later occupied the former site went out of business, Tire Discounters saw the perfect opportunity to return and operate second location to better support the growing customer base in surrounding neighborhoods.
“With the growth we’ve seen in Oakley and nearby communities, adding a second location in the area allows us to get drivers in and out faster,” said Evan Wood, Tire Discounters VP of Operations. “It allows us to shorten wait times and provide more scheduling flexibility.”
Customers will have expanded appointment availability, additional service bays and greater flexibility for same-day tire and repair needs. The new store will offer the company’s full suite of tire, automotive repair and maintenance services, including tire installation, brakes, oil changes and alignment services.
The Ridge & Highland store is now open and accepting appointments, as well as walk-in service.
