Warranty Information

Tire Discounters warrants that the performed repairs will be free from defects in material (parts) or workmanship (labor) for a period of 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever is to the customer's advantage, or the extended warranty periods for selected parts and services as specifically outlined below.

Excluding tires, batteries, & alignments

Tire Discounters' commitment also applies for the extended warranty periods for selected parts and services as specifically outlined below.

• Suspension: Premium Parts - 12 months/12,000 Miles
• Brakes: Premium Pads/Shoes - 12 months/12,000 miles
• Brake Calipers (Friction Ready) - 12 months/12,000 miles
• Shocks/Struts - 12 months/12,000 miles
• Brake Calipers (Loaded, or calipers supplied with brake pads) - 36 months/36,000 miles

In addition, Tire Discounters offers free brake pad replacement for the life of the vehicle for brake pads purchased from Tire Discounters. Labor charges still apply.

¹Some manufacturers, such as Monroe or Moog, also provide a limited lifetime parts warranty. For example, Monroe’s limited lifetime warranty terms and conditions can be found here: https://www.monroe.com/warranty.html. Review manufacturer warranty terms and conditions carefully. Customer must provide invoice with the parts number and brand name before any lifetime warranties may be applied. Labor is not included in the lifetime warranty, but would fall under the 12 months, 12,000 miles warranty.

COMMERCIAL OR FLEET VEHICLES DO NOT QUALIFY FOR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTIES. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES, OR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF FAULTY SERVICE OR REPAIR, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Manufacturer Warranties

• Most manufacturers offer a limited warranty if a new tire becomes unserviceable due to material defect or workmanship within a specified period or tread wear after purchase. The defective tire will be replaced for free or on a pro rata basis depending on the terms of the applicable warranty.

• Most manufacturers also offer mileage warranties that vary by product line. If a new tire wears evenly down to a specified tread depth (typically 2/32”) within the warranted period, the tire will be replaced with a pro rata refund provided based on the number of miles remaining under the mileage warranty.

• Manufacturer warranties require that the purchaser properly maintain and care for the vehicle, including by rotating tires at requisite intervals to avoid uneven wear. You may be required to provide written evidence of maintenance to be eligible for the warranty.

• Tire Discounters works with all major brands to help satisfy any warranty obligations.² Terms and conditions applicable to such warranty should be reviewed carefully. Links to specific warranties for many of our popular brands are provided below for ease of reference.

Tire Discounters proudly sells Duralast batteries, which come with the Duralast Propower Battery Warranty Program. This program generally warrants that batteries will be free from defect within a specified period of time after purchase. The defective battery will be replaced for free or on a pro rata basis depending on the terms of the applicable warranty. Tire Discounters works with Duralast to satisfy any warranty obligations. Tire Discounters' Alignment Warranty begins on the date of your invoice and continues through the duration of the selected policy period. For customers receiving a single alignment, the warranty period extends for 1 year from the date of service. Tire Discounters also offers extended alignment warranty options, including 3-year and 5-year Alignment Policies, which may be purchased separately. These policies provide long-term value and convenience, particularly for drivers who wish to maintain proper alignment and protect their tire investment over time.

During the active warranty period - 1, 3, or 5 years - customers are eligible for additional alignment services at no charge, as needed, to correct issues caused by normal driving conditions. This includes re-alignments for symptoms such as pulling, off-center steering, or irregular tire wear.

The warranty applies only to vehicles with original equipment (OE) suspension components. If OE suspension is modified (e.g., with lift kits, drop kits, or aftermarket geometry-altering parts), the alignment warranty is voided. However, replacement of worn OE parts with new OE-equivalent components does not affect the warranty’s validity.

Tire Discounters proudly uses Valvoline Professional Series (VPS) products, which are backed by the Valvoline Service Plus Program. This limited warranty helps cover repairs to key systems like your engine, transmission, cooling, and more—when serviced with eligible Valvoline products at required intervals. Coverage levels vary by vehicle mileage at the time of first service. Tire Discounters partners directly with Valvoline to help satisfy warranty claims. Tire Discounters Nationwide Replacement Plan

This limited tire warranty is issued and serviced by Tire Discounters and is separate from the warranty provided by the manufacturer of your tire(s). In order to receive warranty service on your tire, you must provide the following:

• The original invoice for the purchase of the covered tire; and
• A copy of the certificate received at the time of purchase; and
• A record that the tire received proper care and maintenance, as prescribed by the tire and vehicle manufacturer.

In the event that you are unable to provide the information listed above, the warranty shall be void.

In the event the customer is out of our coverage area and has no Tire Discounters location within a 50-mile radius, then the customer must contact our Nationwide Warranty Center at l-855-429-2788 prior to the start of any repairs for authorization. Failure to obtain authorization from Tire Discounters or our Nationwide Warranty Center prior to the start of repairs transfers payment liability from Tire Discounters to the customer.

In the event that any tire covered under Tire Discounters Nationwide Replacement Plan becomes unserviceable due to workmanship and materials or a non-repairable road hazard for the service of the original tread down to 3/32nd of an inch, Tire Discounters, at Tire Discounters option, will either repair it or replace it with a new same brand tire or comparable tire if it fails within 36 months of the purchase of this warranty. A "comparable" tire may be either the same line of tire or in the event that the tire is not available, a tire of the same basic construction and quality with a different sidewall or tread configuration. If a higher-priced tire is accepted as replacement, the difference in price will be at an additional charge to you. You will be responsible for the cost of a new certificate in order to continue coverage under the warranty, installation, disposal fees and any applicable taxes. There may be additional labor charges, which are the customer's responsibility, for vehicles with a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). Nationwide Replacement Plan is not available on all tires, including without limitation: tires with a wheel diameter of over 22", tires with a side wall ratio of less than 40, Mud Tires, tires designed primarily for track use. Not covered are: tires sold "As Is", tires used in commercial applications, tire failure or loss due to improper inflation, overloading, chain damage, mechanical condition of vehicle including misalignment, worn parts, collision or wreck, intentional vandalism, fire, highway conditions, tire neglect or mistreatment, or other conditions beyond the manufacturers or dealers control. The use on any vehicle of tires of sizes or types not recommended or specified by the vehicle manufacturer is at the user's sole risk and voids this warranty and any implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a purpose).

To service any warranty claim, the vehicle must be returned to the original Tire Discounters location that performed the repairs for inspection. If for reasons out of the customer's control this is not possible, the vehicle is to be taken to the nearest Tire Discounters location for inspection. In the event the customer is out of our coverage area and has no Tire Discounters location within a 50-mile radius, then the customer may take the vehicle to a repair facility employing ASE certified technicians. Contact our Nationwide Warranty Center at 1-855-429-2788 prior to the start of any repairs for authorization. Failure to obtain authorization from Tire Discounters or our Nationwide Warranty Center prior to the start of repairs voids the warranty and transfers payment liability from Tire Discounters to the customer.

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, TIRE DISCOUNTERS MAKES NO WARRANTIES ON ANY OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED ON THIS PAGE. WE EXPRESSELY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
