The Nankang Snow Viva SV-1 features a directional sport pattern which improves driving in mud and snow. Crossed sub-grooves enhance the SV-1's grip on ice. Irregular sipes advance its capability of braking on snow-covered roads. The SV-1 also utilizes specialized silica rubber compounds for consistent low-temperature traction.
